Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide, as we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All orders will take approximately 3-7 business days to process. We deliver our products from our international warehouses, that means delivery takes approximately 2-5 weeks after processing, kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our shipping company to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.
Your order may come in multiple shipments because they are being shipped from our multiple fulfillment centers. Our fulfillment centers are located in Canada, Germany and Asia.
Loss / Damage
It is your responsibility to inform us of any shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the package. Notification beyond 24 hours may result in the claim being denied.
On online orders of 100 CAD or more.
If the items in your order' total 100 CAD or more, your order in Canada ships Free!
Free Ground Shipping Details:
Free Ground shipping on orders over 100 CAD.
Offer valid in the contiguous Canada Only.
Does not include Saturday delivery.
Offer not retroactive on prior purchases.
Online orders only.
Some items such as cables, power supply boxes, heavy duty equipment like: horse-cattle fences, gates, T-posts, etc, do not ship free.
Once we receive your order order we will contact you with shipping options and costs so you can select your preferred courier. You can expect costs to be from 30-80 CAD on average, possibly higher on larger or heavier shipments. Customers outside Canada will be responsible for any applicable customs, brokerage, duties and/or taxes levied by the courier or government. Refused shipments for any reason will result in a 25 CAD surcharge PLUS the cost of two way freight being deducted from any amount refunded, upon receipt of the package. Any damage caused by round trip shipping due to a refused package will result in additional restocking fees.
When can I get the Tracking Number?
Tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days to update your tracking information. If you don't receive tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email. If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 7 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email too. firstname.lastname@example.org
How long does the shipping/delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 3-7 business days. Delivery time is 2-5 weeks after processing. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

Please note it can take up to two full business days from the time you place your order online for it to be processed and ship from our warehouse. Please allow 5-14 business days from shipment for ground delivery. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships. Your order may arrive in multiple boxes over multiple days, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result. Due to additional processing time - international orders, institutional orders and orders placed using purchase orders may take a bit longer.
